How long does my order take?
Orders will be delivered between 48 to 72 hours

Can I order outside the Gauteng area?

Do I get a proof of order/ invoice?
You have the option of receiving an invoice once you have completed the online order

Do I need to re-register every time I order?
No, you only need to register once on the website

Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes you will receive an SMS once the order has been confirmed, this will also include the parcel tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it on the website. If you haven’t received your order within the stipulated date/time frame you have the option of cancelling too. This only applies if 95% of the product is still in the bag.

Can I return my order?
Yes you may return your order within 7 days after purchase if 95% of the product is still in the bag

What happens if I receive the wrong product?
You can phone Jock customer care line (011 977 7737) and we will follow up with Dawn Wing (0861 223 224)

Can I track my order once I have confirmed it?
Yes you will receive a waybill number via SMS, once received you can go onto the Dawn Wing website and follow your order path. Their website is: http://www.dawnwing.co.za/business-tools/online-parcel-tracking/

What happens if I get a damaged bag on delivery?
You can phone Jock customer care line (011 977 7737) and we will follow up with Dawn Wing (0861 223 224)

Can I cancel a product if I made a mistake before paying?
Yes you may amend your order at any point before payment is made.

Can I speed up my order?
No as we only offer one delivery service, you can also follow us on Facebook and keep up to date with the latest news. www.facebook.com/AFGRIDogFood

Am I allowed to order multiple products with one order?
Yes you may order as many items/ products on each order.

Do I need to be at home when my delivery arrives?
Yes as the delivery needs to be signed for. If there is no one at the address provided, Dawn wing will return the order to their distribution center and alternative arrangements will be made with you. To contact Dawn Wing regarding the parcel their number is 0861 223 224

What if my dog does not eat the food?
Please could you log a call with our call center, Jock customer care line (011 977 7737) but only applies if 95% of the product is still in the bag
