Once your donation order is confirmed, our team will coordinate directly with the chosen shelter to arrange delivery. We’ll make sure every bag reaches its destination safely, and if you’d like an update, you can easily follow up with us at orders@afriquepetfood.com.

You’ll receive confirmation of your donation, and we’ll share your name and contact details with your chosen charity so they can personally thank you for your support (if you’re happy for us to do so).
